Finding and uncovering future leadership potential requires a variety of specific approaches. Because leadership is a great responsibility that includes personal and service to family, community, religion and country. Leaders are also the catalyst for progress and not opportunity for the powers that be as leaders for self and family.
To be a successful leader, one must have a strong sense of identity. There are at least six clear criteria for a leader, namely integrity, direction, motivation, knowledge, self-confidence, social and organizational skills.
HOPE is a 2-year long-term program designed specifically for grade 4 orphaned daily schools in selected areas. The program will involve 120 participants from 12 selected district schools. The first year (level 4) is focused on self-esteem, self-esteem, learning skills and problem solving. Meanwhile, the second year of the program focused on SPM finals, which were selected subject seminars with the Mara College of Science (MRSM) teachers in Kuala Kubu Bharu, Selangor and planning after completing the SPM examination.
The main goal of the program is to improve English proficiency among the participants (orphans), and in turn help them overcome the challenges of furthering their education to higher education.

The program conceptualizes ongoing engagement sessions between orphans and volunteers (mentors) selected. Regular meetings are planned for both entities where meetings can be made independently and based on current needs depending on the orphan's personal development. However, for each meeting there will be useful fillings / inputs that will help improve the participants' self-esteem. The program will run for 1� years from the end of grade 4 until the orphan is successfully placed at the HEIs or ILKs.
For those who are interested, they need to be trained to be volunteers, and in the context of YATIM, volunteers are facilitators. This is very important given that their target group is made up of orphans whose problem is quite unique.
Accordingly, the Workshop is focused on providing and equipping these facilitators with the necessary skills to train orphans.
